Authentic Huré S.A. France Type 21700 Sliding Spindle / Quill Feed Milling & Drilling Attachment
Main Spindle: Rotates completely freely and smoothly by hand.
Spindle Taper: The internal taper walls are clean and free of heavy gouging or catastrophic spin marks.
Quill Feed Mechanism: The external engagement lever shifts smoothly. However, the handwheel currently spins freely without feeding the quill assembly up and down. This we have been advised indicates either a slipped internal clutch fork linkage or a simple sheared drive key/pin on the handwheel shaft—we are lead to believe this is a straightforward fix for any machinist or tool restorer. Therefore Selling "As-Is" for parts or restoration.
