Their range of pressbrakes consists out of

• Conventional PPM which can be easily adapted to the specific needs of the customers offering a wide range of tooling, backgauges and a low cost CNC control as well.
• CNC controlled SYNCHROMASTER with Synchro electro-hydraulic equilibration and fast depth and backgauge setting.
• Full CNC controlled EUROMASTER with Synchro electro-hydraulic equilibration, which can be adapted to the customer's wish with a wide range of graphic controls, more-axis backgauges and a wide range of tooling.

The PPM machine has a unique design with parallelism control by solid torsion bar and mechanical depth setting by depth stops inside the cylinders.

Parallelism of the upper beam is maintained through a solid Anti Torsion Bar System, which links both ends of the ram and maintains parallelism throughout the entire stroke even if off-center loadings occur.

The mechanical positive depth stops incorporated in the hydraulic cylinders assure the very accurate depth stroke adjustment (0,01mm). The motorised adjustment is controlled with 2 pushbuttons and electronic read-out conveniently located at the pendant control station.

Adjustable mechanical cams at the operators side of the brake to set the upper position, work speed change point.

Model: SYNCHROMASTER 

This new generation CNC pressbrake combines the precision of electro-hydraulic depth control (Synchro System – Y1-Y2 axis) 
and the user friendly 3-axes control ATS 560.

The machine has as standard a fast DC driven backgauge (X- axis).

The possibility of combining different tool systems, anti deflection systems and other accessories makes it possible to personalise the machine up to your specific needs.

Controllers
ATL550 (only up to 1500 kN)

• Simple to programm basic control for conventional PPM pressbrake.
• Electronic digital readout of depth stop position and working pressure.
• Pre-selection mode: automatic positioning of backgauge and depth stop to the pre-selected position.
• Position accuracy :
    - Positioning of backgauge X - 0.1 mm.
    - Positioning of depth stop Y - 0.01 mm.
• Programming mode: possibility to make several programmes in which the backgauge and depth stop are positioned automatically after each step (bend).
